Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly. Great service for a small company like our own. InXpress recently helped us navigate and manage a large delivery to the USA from the UK. The expertise from InXpress was invaluable as we had not managed such a large and expensive delivery before. InXpress made this process very very easy for us and even organised all the insurance for us. A big thank you to Chloe for helping us newbies out. The customer service of InXpress is second to none, Chloe has always got back to us super quickly and resolved any issues straight away. The portal they have set us up with is quick and easy to use and, even as a small company with low order quantities, we still feel extremely valued as a customer.
