We've had a great experience to date with ISIS Removals. They moved us out of our property last week and are now storing items in their storage unit until we can move into our new property. David visited our property to do a valuation and was really helpful with providing additional quotes when our moving circumstances changed. Gemma has been brilliant with all the admin needs via phone and answering questions we had. We had 4 guys attend the move and pack the van. It was handled really well and I was really pleased with their great attitude, clarity of communication and providing extra packing materials. I am confident based on my experience so far that the second part of our move will go equally as well.

The whole experience with ISIS removals has been fantastic so far. They were easy to contact and prompt to reply to questions. The packing and removal team were professional throughout and worked efficiently. We are using their storage service before they move us again in the future so we can't comment on that aspect of the service yet. Based on our experience so far, would recommend and use again. EDIT Jan 2023 - The team at ISIS were fantastic with redelivery of our items from their storage facility. Arrived on time, were polite and friendly throughout and delivered all items safely to the specified areas within the house. Would not hesitate to approach ISIS for a removals quotation in the future.

We were totally satisfied with the whole team at Isis Removals and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Everyone was fantastic, from quoting and admin, to leaving our new property. The removal team was respectful of both our old and new property and were very careful not to make unnecessary mess. They overcame challenges with a cheerful approach. Absolutely excellent service, Liam and Mark were friendly and professional, dismantled our furniture and very quickly got our possessions into the new house. Very competitive pricing, super friendly office and moving staff, did a great job. Would highly recommend!

David and the team in the office were very quick in surveying and giving us a quote. Peter, Jamie and the moving team did a great job of packing everything up meticulously and moving it 200 miles, working late to get us in on moving day and not damaging any fragile items. Very happy
