Such a lovely gentleman. Came in with my young son, as my lightning port was intermittently failing on my iPhone. He soon identified it was not a hardware issue, rather a build up of detritus, which he deftly removed. Very knowledgeable and quoted me a fair price for a new port, should his act of generosity fail in the future.
