Based in the southeast of England, we manufacture everything in-house using state of the art sign manufacturing equipment, providing high quality bespoke signage. We manufacture and fabricate all types of signage, including illuminated, as well as built-up, polished and brushed stainless-steel letters, acrylic letters, powder coated letters, copper letters and PVC foam board – plus many more. Our guillotine and press break have the capability to deal with four-metre sheets, and we offer water jet cutting for three-metre sheets, enabling us to cut through any type of material with pinpoint accuracy and quality finishing. Our vinyl plotters can cut up to a height of 1500mm, our AXYZ CNC router has a four-metre by two-metre+ process area, and we can finish each sign painted with our powder coating facility which has a five-metre capacity. When it comes to quality, our digital solvent printing machines can produce images up to 1440 dpi, including gloss or matt lamination, giving you impressive quality and a professional finish that does not fade. From the enthusiasm and interest when I met you at the trade show last year. The aluminium casing, powder coating and the lettering have all been done to an extremely high standard. For your installation engineer’s long day doing the install - which at the end looked amazing. Lastly, for all your help in the design and manufacture of the sign, your speedy response to all my enquiries and numerous visits to site prior and during the installation all made the whole project run very smoothly. IVC signs have demonstrated a very high level of customer service. Installations have been exceptionally smooth, and each team of fitters has not only represented their brand highly, but also extended that ethos to my customers on site. A IVC strong point in particular is the 'in house' nature to their manufacturing process and the people involved. There is a clear pride in everything they undertake, and the strong attention to detail and a high quality of manufacture. IVC have undertaken a wide variety of signage works for our Clients including Yo! Sushi, San Carlo Restaurant Group, Ego Restaurants, Burger King, Inamo, Subway and may more.
