Back in February I put my house up on the housing market. The market back then, March was starting to pick up following the COVID pandemic. I already had an agent in mind, unfortunately he was a title out of my area, however, I found that an agent from the same stable (Keller Williams) was available to assist....... We had a long and painful process to sell our house for nearly 2 years, with three different estate agents who just paraded people to through our house without taking their time to find the right people. When Iwan took on our house he sold it right away and after a while sadly the whole transaction fell through.
