Had a motor sent to me and courier DX had clearly mishandled and dropped the parcel on a corner, which was completely wrapped in "Fragile" tape. The main mounting was cracked by this. JMU responded quickly and sent a replacement out next day for me, You cant beat customer service like that. Will recommend them for sure and use them again when the next old motor give up on our sofas as I'm sure they willl. Thankyou so much for the understanding and superb service.

Unhelpful email stating they can’t fix my damaged item yet website shows images of far far worse damage 🤷🏻‍♀️ probably a lucky escape judging from other reviews.

Ordered a part , they confirmed the part was shipped. More than two weeks later they sent me an email stating that they were not honest and the part had not shipped. They then informed me it would be twice as much to ship the part and I would need to pay the shipping. What a scam to get more money.

Parts are excellent and despatched within 24 hrs however, if there is a problem which needs sorting they take far too long to respond to emails or telephone calls ( a week in the first instance). Customer service needs improving .

A top, top company who were extremely helpful and sorted out myy broken reclining sofa in no time at all. Other companies said parts were not available, this company had them in stock.
