Worst haircut experience ever. I went hearing that it was meant to be a friendly place, with TVs and where they offer drinks. Instead I was met with a moody looking bloke who seemed annoyed to have a customer and gestured towards a dirty looking chair. No TVs and no drink offer, nor friendliness at all. I went in with shoulder length hair. I asked for 'a bit' off, and I sat in shock not knowing what to do as he immediately cut off all of my years worth of hair growth. Afterwards he turned to me and announced he'd never cut long hair before - he wasn't trained on that... He said I had woman's hair and that this was a barbers. So I politely pointed out men could have long hair too and that he should have said BEFORE cutting my hair if he had no experience with it and I would have gone elsewhere. I was totally shocked by his unprofessionalism. He is lucky, because that shock counted against me when I got out my wallet and paid so that I could leave as quickly as possible. There is no way I should have paid for that. I will now tell everyone I know in Medway to avoid this terrible barbers. Rude with no experience.

Very friendly and inviting Barbers with lovely professional staff. Never have to wait long, since the refurb it’s nice to have the TVs to watch and be offered a nice cold drink. Always an enjoyable experience.
