Called Jason and he arrived the same day. Explained that my grandson managed to jam something in the motor and that I could not get it out. Despite it being an unfamiliar model Jason tackled the problem systematically and with skill. He worked fast methodically and with care. Kudos Jason I will use you again.Friday 23rd September 2022
