This Gym is quite small but has every machine you could want or need packed in. There is a small room with 2 punch bags on the ground floor. A weights area, cardio section and a big frame for multi use upstairs along with a 12.5m track for the sled. Morning visits are usually less busy than the afternoon but a great Gym overall!

Huge gym. Very clean. Dedicated spinning and studio area. Well ventilated. Very polite and friendly staff. QR code entry. Free classes available if you get the membership online.

Problem the best gym in Preston. Sign up on the 3.11.21.sign up at better gym fullwood ..problem the worst communication and dirt place ive ever trained at in 35 year's..hats of to JD gym think they av nailed it with the move from town to the docks. Highly recommended for all ages to train...I'll be spreading the word with a good vibe about the place. And it's cheap for anyone to sign up at the Frist month at £9.99.then goes to £21.99 .unbelievable cheap with all the best gym equipment available to you to progress in your fitness journey..6 stars from me.and the staff seem to be interested not like some places that offer a training service..just use for the sauna and cold shower

Good variety of equipment, well layed out, free parking, classes are good too. PTs don't hassle you and you're left to do your own thing if you so wish. Sauna is very small but that's the only criticism
