Having been to many doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths and taken different medication over the last 15 years it is now safe to say that after 6 months of sports massage with Jenny I am seeing results like never before. Weekly sessions with hands-on massage and the occasional dry cupping has changed my life and every week I'm moving one step closer to a better life standard. Thank you Jenny for providing me with the best treatment and constant support I've ever had in my life. Your skills and knowledge are far superior to anything I've tried so far! 🙏

I've had several treatments with Jen (knee and shoulder) and my 12 year old son (football injury). Following the treatments Jen contacted me with more information on specific stretches she recommended and even text days later checking on us both while researching more on our injuries. Jen goes above and beyond with the main aim to get you back doing what you love. And she did, after my shoulder treatment I was able to get back under the bar and even a manged a PB. Couldn't recommend Jen enough. I don't see this treatment as a one off its maintenance.

Jenny is brilliant!! After struggling with constant tightness in my lower back and legs, I saw Jenny for a session, and by the end i felt marginably better!! By the following day, all my pain had completely vanished!! Could not reccommend enough!! :)
