Used JK Auto-Tek this week for the first time. Managed to fit me in for 2 new tyres and an mot at quite short notice. The place is a little out of the way but they were very polite, professional and helpful. Just somehow got a good vibe about them which I don't always get with garages. Will definitely use again

On our way to holiday in Barnstaple, my sisters car broke down on the motorway around 3pm. My sister finally reached our destination at 1am. The AA had left the car at a local garage who rang on the Monday to say they couldn't do. I searched Google for local garages and fortunately found JK AUTO-TEK. They were so understanding and thoughtful. They collected the car from the other garage and analysed the clutch problem and fixed the car. They also replaced some bolts that had worn and informed my sister of an issue that she needed to address before the M.O.T. was due. The car ran smoothly all the way home which was a great relief. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them. I wish the garage was close to my home but sadly being almost 300 miles away, it is not an option to have them as my local garage

Fast and professional response to request for two new Landrover Discovery Key to be cut and fobs coded which was done on site at our home in Barnstaple. Secondly, a visit to their yard to fix central locking and window issues along with a coolant leakage problem. James and Gareth went above and beyond to fix a subsequent battery problem and get us back on the road. Always difficult to know who to trust in the motor game but these guys proved that they genuinely care about doing a good job and their customer care is second to none. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Had an ECU reprogramed on a vehicle that wouldn't start. Was told by various people that it couldn't be done - not a problem for these guys! 10 out of 10 - Would recommend!

Had a problem with my car for the past 2 years but turned away from many other garages and told there's not an issue. Took my car to JK AUTO TEK for what I assumed was an unrelated problem and they managed to figure out what the issue was and finally fixed the problem. Kept me updated the whole time and very reasonable pricing!
