I called up and spoke to Tom, he was very nice and helpful on the phone. Took my computer in same day and by the next day it was fixed and returned, they even delivered it to me! A wonderful company, thank you to Adam for keeping me updated on the progress and fixing the computer and thank you to Tom for bringing it over to me! I will be in contact to get the graphics updated next year! Amazing, I won’t go anywhere else for my computer needs! Cannot recommend enough!

I contacted JLA Computers of Braintree as I needed to replace my aging PC . The new PC requirements included a couple of things that were probably a bit old hat (Two DVD drives). Adam was most helpful and suggested a system that would fit my needs. He was very polite and helpful and confirmed that all the data on my old pc would be cloned across to my new one. I placed the order there and then. A few days later I got the call that it was now ready. Boy, did they do a great job. Thank you, Adam, and all at JLA Computers, I am really pleased with my new PC and the speed at which you built it.

Great small business. Tom is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. Our laptop had a broken screen and the price quoted was very reasonable and only took a few days before Tom telephoned to say it was ready for collection. Tom is very knowledgeable and was happy to provide advice. Parking directly outside store.
