Both my husband and myself have used JM Diagnostics for both of our cars for different services since July last year. After having my car serviced, mot, alignment checked and air con re gassed today they found a problem with the retaining clips which should be inside the callipers when they checked further they found them broken (This was done some where else last June!). JM Diagnostics replaced and correctly fitted them at no further cost to myself. We both can't fault them at all. They're honest, reliable and trustworthy which after some bad experiences else where is really reassuring. For them it isn't just about the money and it really does show, their customer service is spot on! Also as a female driver I don't feel belittled or spoken down to, or treated differently than my husband. Everything is clearly explained and they will clarify and show you if needed.
