Our Salon
John & Associates provides a range of hair, aesthetics, health & beauty treatments. Our salon is situated in the village of Tattershall in Lincolnshire where it has been since 1964.
Over the last 5 decades there have been many changes but the unparalleled professional service will always be fundamental.

Caroline and her team have drawn on their wealth of experience of the industry to bring you a salon with treatments which are unsurpassed. These treatments are performed with great skill, by a team who love what they do.

Salon History
John & Associates was first opened back in June 1964 by John Ranshaw. The original salon was in his mums front room, this area is now the salon reception! Over the next 40 years John expanded the salon, always keeping at the forefront of developments in the industry.
Caroline Dawson (or Curtis as she was back then!) first worked at John & Associates in 1991 when she did one weeks work experience on leaving school. She then went on to work at the salon for 3 years as a “Saturday girl” whilst completing her hair and beauty training. Caroline returned to John & Associates as head beauty therapist in 1998 and bought the salon in May 2005. Although John retired in 2014 he is still a regular visitor to the salon.

About the owner
As well as being a busy beauty therapist within her salon, John & Associates owner Caroline, competes at dog agility with her cocker spaniels. She is also a Kennel Club Agility Judge. Caroline likes to take an active interest in the local community and is a parish councillor on Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council.
