ABOUT ME
Hello, I am John Cox; sport and exercise is a true passion of mine, and I understand the importance of personal preservation, maintenance and recovery.
I have worked as a Sports Therapist for the last 15 years since graduating with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Sports Therapy. I have worked with various sports teams, organisations and individuals, providing injury assessment, sports massage, rehabilitation and exercise therapy. I run a Sports Therapy clinic based in Tirril, just outside Penrith and am a fully insured member of the Society of Sports Therapists.
I have also worked as an exercise therapist for the last 13 years and developed exercise programmes to help improve fitness, gain strength, achieve weight loss and rehabilitate from injury. I have now developed the Complete Fitness programme, which is a totally bespoke service, tailored to each client’s individual needs.
