Last time I was in Cheltenham in 2018 from Australia & John Lewis store was under construction then. Inside beautiful modern interior & good quality merchandise. Nice to take a stroll around inside regardless of your budget. Impressive building design from the outside.

Visited Cheltenham JL today with my 2 daughters. Younger one was interested in the lip oil and after having a look at one brand, they walked over to Clarins. They got such amazing service that they came to find me (for bank of mum). They weren't wrong. I met Hank and Nina who were exceptional in their service. Ladies, thank you so much. We had a lovely day I'm Cheltenham.

Today my sister and I took our mum for a personalised styling appointment with Elizabeth at the Cheltenham branch. Our aim was to help our shy and body conscious mum find a dress to wear to the wedding of her oldest grandson. From the point of booking the appointment the service was amazing. Elizabeth contacted us the day before to find out a bit more about what mum was like and any information that would help in selecting some clothes for her to try. Upon arrival we were greeted and treated like VIP's by Elizabeth and our mum was immediately put at ease. Several dress styles had already been selected to get us started. Elizabeth listened to mum's feedback on those first dresses and then returned with more styles based on mum's preferences. Mum quickly found the dress for her and then Elizabeth went on to provide great advice and samples of accessories ranging from shoes, hats, wraps and jewellery. Elizabeth also arranged for colleagues from the bra fitting team to fit mum with the most flattering and comfortable bra to provide the best silhouette in her chosen dress. All the ladies were so attentive and knowledgeable and you could see the genuine joy that this brought our mum. It was a really special day for all of us. Mum left with a beautiful dress and accessories, a genuinely big smile and all for a very reasonable price. My sister and I cannot thank the ladies enough for their care in helping our mum to look her most beautiful best and our mum could not stop talking about how wonderful and kind Elizabeth and her colleagues were. We would definitely recommend this service and particularly these knowledgeable ladies to anyone who find shopping for that special outfit a daunting task. If you are body conscious, they will quickly make you feel at ease and as they managed to achieve this for our mum, then they can do this for you too. Well done John Lewis, a great service and staff to be very proud of. Thank you. Sorry no photos, as my mum is too shy to share, but she looked amazing.
