John arrive within the time given, he talked us through every stage of the repair, pointing out what the problem was, water had got into the LNB. He kept us informed of the price and that if he couldn’t repair it, there would be no charge.
The system was up and running within 20mins, and my mother in law can now record her favourite programs again.
