We had to call Simon during the lockdown period due to our pressure gauge having risen to above 4 and part of the boiler leaking. Over the phone, he was able to successfully diagnose the problem. He ordered the needed parts and arrived the next day to sort the problem. During the time spent in our house fixing the boiler Simon was very professional with regards to social distancing.
