Delighted to have found this company. My Mitsubishi PHEV had an electrical fault that I assumed could only be dealt with by the main dealer due to the complexity of it being a plug in hybrid. After two diagnostics at the main dealer and a HUGE quote, I came here for a second opinion. Customer service was fantastic from picking up the phone and the expertise of Grant put the main dealer to shame. The fault was diagnosed more thoroughly to be not the £2,600 part quoted by Mitsubishi with a six week wait but something completely different at a fraction of the cost. The fault was diagnosed, the part sourced and replaced in a day. Grant gave me updates throughout the day with clear explanation of his diagnosis and the repair. The whole team were very honest, professional and friendly. Just what you want from a garage. I will use again without hesitation.

Very friendly people. Easy to talk to and very importantly they make the time to listen to you. My car isn't Japanese and the problem was unique to its make and model, yet they handled it professionally. My future "Go To" garage. They even gave it a wash and hoover out!
