Just finished my 5th week and I feel amazing after gaining weight from stopping smoking and having a baby I am finally loosing weight, to loosing fat and gaining muscle. I feel so much stronger with the help of JW trainers that are always on hand and help me from what food to eat to having an amazing workout session 3 times a week. Friendly and warm atmosphere each time I go and the encouragement from everyone helps me do my best each time. Every session is different so you do not get bored or dread the next session.

Around 6 weeks ago I made contact with Jak at JW Personal Training, this is something that I had deliberated about for some time prior. I was at a stage where I wasn't getting much exercise and felt pretty unfit - a healthy diet was also pretty non existent. After having a look around the studio and discussing my circumstances with Jak, I committed to an initial month membership to trial things out and now I wished I had done this much sooner, in fact I have recently extended my membership. I signed up to the early morning sessions, so my evenings wouldn't be disrupted, this decision has worked great for me personally in the sense that I am more confident that my work and social life is not impacted but more importantly I feel a lot more energised throughout the day after my training. The team at 'JW' are very supportive and motivate you to achieve your goals, I like the fact that each member is on a different journey no matter what age and fitness level that they are and that my training sessions are geared to support my own personal journey/goals, they are not generic sessions. So after my first 4 week review, I already have made progress, I've gained muscle mass, lost body fat and already feel much fitter than before I started. The other thing that I have naturally achieved is a healthier diet, something that I never really paid attention to is now something that I find myself concentrating on - out of habit! For anyone in a situation of feeling how I felt prior to joining, all I would say is, don't delay doing something about it. I most certainly recommend JW Personal Training to assist you with achieving your goals.

Started 4 weeks ago Enjoyed every sessions , even with long term injuries the personal trainers their are on hand to help manage it. I have seen a difference in gaining strength and muscle which was always my goal. Great atmosphere with everyone helping and encouraging each other . Would recommend this place to anyone who has a set target to achieve with regards to weight loss, conditioning and overall improvement in health.

An absolutely incredible gym with the most phenomenal trainers! I was very anxious to step foot back into a gym but from my very first session I was made to feel so comfortable, sessions are tailored for each person and weekly challenges keep us all motivated even outside of the gym! The trainers are an absolute asset to this gym and I can’t thank them enough for all that they do, a massive thank you to Dan for helping me reach goals that I never thought I could! I couldn’t recommend the gym highly enough

I joined JWPT 6 months ago feeling nervous and anxious. I signed up for their 30 day program thinking I’d just sign upto that and that was it. After my first 30 days, I felt incredible. I had more energy, lost inches from my waist and was fully supported by the team and the members. 6 months in and I’m still loving it. Never thought I’d say that as I’ve never been a big fan of exercise Highly recommend!!!!
