neil kumar5 StarSeeing a loved one deteriorate with dementia is one of the hardest things my family had to endure, but from the moment we saw Karuna Manor, we knew that this was 100% the right place for my mum. The whole care home is wonderfully run and their communication with us has been first class...and I would say that The Dementia Team are beyond incredible. they are warm, caring and the incredibly professional. They feel like extended family and made that hardest decision we ever had to make, a very easy one. I can't thank them enough for the unwavering support and care they give to my mum on a daily basis and If i could single out one member of the team who goes above and beyond, it is Garima.
