Having chosen the dress, the hairstyle and make-up should complement the outfit and ultimately reflect and accentuate your own unique style, beauty and personality. Be it the natural or glamorous look or somewhere in between you require it is important that you should still look like you but you at your most glamorous. Whether you have a specific idea or style in mind or are looking for ideas and advice we can work together so that you have the look that you are totally confident and happy with.  In the case of the bride it is your own special day so it is vital that your hair and make-up not only stays looking fresh but lasts for the whole event especially for the all important photographs, and having worked on and off for 25 years as a professional make-up/hair artist in film, television and fashion, this is where my expertise comes in. Also with the natural nerves and excitement you will be feeling doing your hair and make-up is only a part of my service. The whole experience should be stress free, calm and of course fun. It is my job to make sure that everything runs smoothly and you and /or your bridesmaids/family are all ready with plenty of time to spare.  My experience in the film industry with time restraints and dealing with large numbers of extras has given me the ability to achieve this.

Kate is fantastic. She did hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaid and my mums make up. She was lovely, so calm, professional and helpful I couldn't have wished for someone better to have around on the morning of my wedding. As someone who doesn't usually wear makeup I was worried it would look too much but I was so pleased with how it turned out and amazed how well our hair lasted despite the best efforts of the wind and rain. Would definitely recommend her without any hesitation.
