A minimum of 2 nights stay and 3 on Bank holiday.
We have sleeping facilities for two people per room only and we are not able to accommodate children.
Sorry we cannot accept pets as we have Cats, Sheep and Chickens in permanent residence.
Check-in time is normally from 4pm and no later than 10pm. Please vacate your room between 11:00 and 16:00. We try to be flexible so please let us know your intentions.
Breakfast is served between 8:30am to 10am, other times by special request.
Off road parking is available.
We also do not allow smoking or vaping inside the house. No ‘take away’ meals or hot food allowed in the rooms, snacks are permitted and use of the dining room is fine. There is a lounge section available for your relaxation.

If we needed anything we only had to ask . As for the breakfast the choice was endless, we were so spoilt , really was one of the best breakfast I’ve eaten . Fiona Brooks5 StarAbsolute Heaven! We had a long weekend at keepers cottage and it was the perfect place to take a break from our busy lives. The beautiful house is so quiet and peaceful located in the middle of the Norfolk countryside, only a short drive from local beaches. The hosts were so friendly, nice and welcoming and helped us out with everything to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible. The breakfast was delicious - fresh eggs from the chickens and homemade bread. Just wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to relax and chill!Monday 5th October 2020
