Paul Cramphorn5 StarWow, what a great service. Particularly from Sonny. We couldn't get to the garage, so he brought the car to us. He was friendly, helpful and never pushy. In fact he bent over backwards to be helpful. On the odd occasion Sonny wasn't available the other staff were also friendly and helped get things progressed.
We did have a minor issue with the car, but the garage happily arranged for it to be sorted out for us, and checked after that all was to our satisfaction.
Would definitely recommend this garage highly and would certainly go back.Monday 13th December 2021

We were advised by Hyundai salesman Michael George to wait until he revised a quotation on a Tucsan for us, only for our original (better) quotation to then become invalid after being promised by Michael that the quotation would last up to 30 days. When reporting this to the manager Matt, we were assured and promised a resolution to see what they can do for us as this clearly was not our fault. A whole week has past and we still haven't had any communication from Matt. Very unprofessional and left feeling extremely frustrated.Thursday 14th April 2022
