I used Kettering Roofing Solutions due to the positive reviews. Robert, who was managing the project and his team, arrived promptly and started the cleaning of the moss and lichen from the roof and any excess that rolled into the gutters. They cleaned up and removed the rubbish from the site. They also found that the chimney pot needed stabilising as the cement around it had crumbled! I was happy this potential hazard was pointed out in a 'before' video and that it was immediately repaired. As it had rained slightly on the day, the repair was checked the following week and I was sent an 'after' video showing the repair had been completed - and it's guaranteed for 10 years! Payment was only requested once you are happy with the work. Excellent customer service!
