First day of our holiday and encounter a problem with our car. Took into the guys at Kilmington Cross. These guys were amazing. Fabulous service from all of them. They even saved me money. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Would highly recommend. Beyond 5* service

Couldn’t thank the boys at this garage enough! My mom and I were on our way to lyme regis for a short Break and after driving for nearly 5 hours my engine light came on, I am heavily pregnant and of course panicked and didn’t know why it had come on, we just happened to pass this garage on route and we stopped hoping someone could help us. They went above and beyond, did a diagnostic test and ran a report for me. Explained what had happened and I was safe to drive home in a couple of days but needed to go to my local garage to get sorted, they really reassured me everything was ok, they were so so lovely and put my mind at ease!! I didn’t get their names but thank you so so much!! Professional friendly and genuine:)

Absolutely stunned by the service and professionalism of Kilmington garage. I'm on holiday and had an engine issue which was fixed by these guys promptly and efficiently only then to have another issue unrelated on a Friday evening to which these amazing guys came out to me after hours and recovered me to the garage and then managed to fix the problem on a Saturday morning even though they don't strictly work Saturdays. Cannot thank them enough for all their help and support and would recommend everyone to use this garage.

I am so thankful for the team at the Kilmington Cross Garage. I got a puncture in our new Tesla staying in Lyme between Christmas and the New Year. Most of the local garages were closed and the larger brands (yes ATS I mean you) said no can do anything for almost a week! Telsa could help but would recover the car on a low loader and take it to Bristol for a new tyre at over £300. It looked like a simple repairable puncture to me. I called the garage and they said they were about to close but if I could get there they would do their best. I managed to borrow a compressor and pump up the tyre. Thankfully it was a slow puncture so I could drive there OK. It was great to hear hear them say they had "not seen one of these bad boys" when they looked at the car. They took good care of jacking the car and quickly repaired my puncture. I really like to support local business over national brands that usually under deliver. You will not find a glossy reception area but they saved my New Year. Thank you all

I have used 3 garages in Axminster in the 12 years I've lived down here and been let down by them all. Kilmington Cross garage was recommended and I'm so happy with them, decent honest and very knowledgeable. Just wish I'd used them sooner.
