I am so pleased with Kindlelight Windows. From the start to the finish we had no trouble. Even though it is Covid Times. The prices were comparable with other quality products. The Salesman Chris Ivins was not pushy but incredibly helpful. The installers Wayne and Shannon were quick, tidy, polite, friendly and also helpful. I really can't fault them. Darren put up all our dorma boards very well and quickly (and was amusing!) I was ready to manage problems which often go with house repairs and renovations but I didn't have to manage anything except the tea and coffee. Thank you

As one window in my flat had broken, I contacted Kindlelight. I sent two emails and called twice over a period of three/four weeks only then to be told essentially to naff off and find someone closer to where I lived. A little bit irritating given Kindlelight installed the windows in 2012 so, not overly impressed with their customer service.

Theirs wasn’t the cheapest quote but I’m glad we went with Kindlelight to build our conservatory because of the aftersales service. The did a decent job building our conservatory. But what i’ve come to appreciate now is that they are on hand if there is a problem. What you don’t want to do is employ a guy who disappears after a few years, or a company that is miles away or where you have to go through a call centre, if you get a leak or if a unit fails, or to do something simple, like raise a door that’s dropped. Kindlelight have come out a couple of times to do little maintenance jobs, under warranty. It’s great service.

Fit and finish of window units bought in from 3rd party poor for the rather high price. Installation not brilliant, uneven gaps around doors, windows not plumb, minor building works crooked. Salesman told me I should be happy as it was better than before (leaky 1970s units). Disappointing. Water now tracking through around frame where plaster rather than something waterproof was used for making good. This was one of the areas the salesman told me I was making a fuss about nothing.
