Our aim is to offer a quick quality service on all devices we repair. Most of repairs are carried out a same day or next day. Every job is different. Sometimes a repair will take longer than usual, it can vary based on part availability and job complexity. We will be given a time estimate when you drop your laptop off or we may contact you if we have found any other faults. The turnaround for data recovery depends on a number of factors: the size of hard drive, whether the damage is physical or logical; and how much data needs to be retrieved. On average, it takes 1-2 days to recover your data. However in some cases or difficult cases, it might take more time than usual. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way and will answer any question you have.

My lap top decided to shut down and 3 beeps every 5 seconds.... panic set in. I googled computer repairs luton and KING COMPUTERS came up. I rang them explaining the issue and arranged to visit shop. They we're great in understanding what I need laptop for. The laptop is still running 3 hours after repair and all good so far.... reasonable price charged also. I will be back to purchase a new laptop from them soon.

Excellent service. Gave my laptop in the morning and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the same day and everything was working perfectly again and I’ve had no issues with my laptop. Would recommend king computers. Very reliable and efficient!

I have known and done other business with the owner of King computer for many years. This week my favourite Samsung phone couldn't operate for a very long time. I thought of King computer repairs computers. So I took my old phone to make enquiries of phone repairs. The shop owner was very professional in dealing with customers that kept flooding into the shop for one or other services. He was very polite, patient, answering every query, at the same time answering phone calls and attending to me. He sorted my phone issues, and I was so pleased with the 5* service. I collected my phone the very day.
