I wanted to send a few postcards overseas. The man working there said he would need to give me 5-6 stamps on each postcard to equal £1.85. Obviously, to anyone thats seen a postcard before, that many stamps is actually impossible to stick on if you have writing…Ive since been told they cost £2.20 so I was incorrectly advised and charge and lost money because of this worker. I paid £2 for a single stamp on each, over the amount I was originally told. Not ONE of the postcards arrived, despite paying even more (or so I thought). There was a big queue out of the door and just one person working. Not very efficient. All in all, quite a pointless use of my money and waste of time sadly. Very disappointed
