Our CEO Daya Thayan insists every one of our retirement homes must be of a standard good enough for our own parents. We respect and care for our residents as individuals and are proud of our industry-leading WINGS programme developed to support people living with dementia. The staff are very friendly, attentive and assisted my mother to settle down - in what is a new environment for her. They also help me with any questions I wish to ask. My mother enjoys the food and the personal attention she receives throughout the day. The management team are also very helpful in sorting out queries I have.
