The whole design and fitting was amazing.
I love the fact that this is a family business and we felt valued ..
The kitchen was and is still fantastic..
But my main reason to leave a review is the after care.
The kitchen was extremely well built and of very high quality.. but with a busy family and heavy handed teenage boys we have had a couple of issues of teenagers accidentally pulling off hinges etc..
When this has happened I have called kitchen care.. always quickly get through to someone who knows and remembers me and sends someone over to fix it and doesn’t charge us much for this service..
I am so glad I went with a local family business.. and would never buy a kitchen from anyone else.. thank you to Matt and your wonderful team for truely valuing your customers long after you fit the kitchenMonday 16th November 2020
Laura Adams5 StarWe have had our bedroom supplied and fitted from Kitchen Care. Really great furniture, solid doors and very stylish. From Matt designing and helping to create the bedroom that would still provide space however lots of storage for our clothes. To Jim and Steve who came out and fitted it, they did a great job. We are really pleased with the quality of the furniture and the care that they took in creating our perfect bedroom. Mark Williams5 StarExcellent customer service from start to finish. We are delighted with our new kitchen which looks fantastic. Installation was very efficient and professional and Kitchen Care coordinated all aspects of the fitting as we had a wall removed as part of the refit which made the whole process incredibly simple.
