Out builder felt the quality of the yops was well below otgero he had fitted before and took more man hours yo treat and install.Thursday 21st March 2019
Chris Warner1 StarAwful!!!!!! Avoid at all costs!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced (Kirstie Farmer in particular)
I called on Tuesday and ordered 4 worktops and paid for Next Day Delivery at an additional cost of £75. The sales person I dealt with was very nice and it was very clear I needed them Next Day, next day being the Wednesday.
The worktops didn't arrive until midday Thursday. When I called first thing Thursday morning I couldn't get through to customer services so I sent an email complaining. I then get an email from Kirstie Farmer to say they consider Next Day Delivery is anything up to 3 working days!!!!! Apparently its in the T&C's but if you look on their website it is not explained that way on the next day delivery option.
I was not going to accept this and pointed out all calls are recorded so they should review the call and they would hear firsthand that I had paid for them to be with me on the Wednesday.
Well after four phone calls and four emails, non of which Kirstie could be bothered to respond to or call me back, I have had to call my credit card provider and instructed them to recover the £75.
I have also logged a complaint with Trading Standards and will be pushing this as far as I can take it.
Hands down the worst company I have come across, seriously do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.Friday 2nd September 2016
