Carried out a swift and competent job at replacing my car exhaust. The back box on my car snapped off due to corrosion but thanks to Kwik Fit Bracknell I was back on the road within hours. Whilst waiting I went down the road to Bracknell Leisure Centre and had a free trial to use their spa. Would be nicer if their was a waiting area available with some tea/coffee as not everyone is going to go to the spa.

On the 22nd July, I found that I had a slow puncture on the front LHS and proceeded to your branch first thing in the morning (arrived 8h15 for first opening). When the business opened, I was advised that no-one could look at my vehicle and needed to come back at 15h00 that afternoon. I find this disappointing as there was no other vehicles in queue or waiting to be looked at and all I needed was someone to advise if this could be repaired or if the the tyre needed replacing, but to be told that there was no help available at all did not bode well even though I explained my predicament that I could not bring it back at this time. If someone had taken a look and advised that a repair or replacement was needed, I could have left my vehicle there for repair / replacement and collected later in the day. I was told to try another branch (Bracknell - Easthampstead Road) who told me the same thing; bring it back later - so much for the brand being Kwikfit! I eventually approached another company (not Kwikfit) who asked me to wait 15 mins and then looked at the issue and advised that they could not repair / plug the puncture due to the puncture location. I left the vehicle with them for 2 new tyre replacements and collected my car later that day. Not sure why neither of the two Kwikfit branches could offer the same service. I have also provided the same feedback via the requested link.
