Normally I'd give 5 stars but this time wasn't quite as smooth running as usual. I tried, unsuccessfully, to book online, so I booked an MOT by phone. I had a text confirmation of the date and time but when I turned up, they said my appointment was in 4 hours, so I showed them the text. The staff member was polite and apologised and said they'd fit me in if I could give them an hour and a half. It wasn't ideal but it was the best they could do under the circumstances. I'm still happy with Kwik Fit and will continue to use them. Hopefully, this blip was a one off.

Visited kwik fit maldon on Sunday, there were 3 guys working. All were extremely helpful, polite and caring. They done a fantastic job on my car and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend their services. Thank you again for your help and assistance
