My name is Mark Rands. I've been passionate about Karate and martial arts for as long as I can remember, 43 Years in fact. Training in Traditional Karate , Kick boxing , Ninjitsu , Aikido, Judo and MMA.
I run Kyo-Shin Martial Arts, a well established martial arts school in Lincolnshire, UK. We have many different martial arts programs for all ages.
