Hywel Davies5 StarI had a problem with the front door security lock on 22 December. It was still functional but decided to call the locksmith I normally use only to find they were now closed until 4th January. Today (23 December) the lock was non-functional so tried L&R. They arrived virtually immediately, talked through the problem with me and suggested a new solution (new lock) which I agreed to. The work was done quickly and efficiently with the minimum disruption.
