Bought a used FX Crown from Lamberts. Really helpful service. they fitted a scope for me and added in a few extras as a package deal. can't rate their service highly enough. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and patient. buy with confidence !

My second visit to Lamberts of Ringwood and certainly not my last. It is one of those prime examples of how a shop should be run and how service should be provided but so rarely is. There is a very comprehensive range of items both stocked and on display and all of the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Advice is freely given where asked for to both the inexperienced and experienced and a range of options suggested but at no point are you pushed towards the most expensive choice of equipment , instead you are helped to make the most appropriate choice depending on need and budget. For me the lasting impression is that you come out of the shop having enjoyed the whole experience and feeling valued. Thanks to Ben and the team again!

I’ve been going to this shop since a boy with my farther over twenty years ago. I can’t complain, a lot has changed and for the better. They did a great deal on a BSA R10 SE bundle which I simply love and we have a great side by side English 12 from them. They also fixed a firing problem on our 410 quickly, efficiently and at an amazing price. I always ask for Richard to be honest - old school polite chap. Many thanks for all your advise and help over the years.

Friendly staff, rifle discussed on the phone was available as promised, bought at the price agreed, although I pointed out the rifle was clearly worth more than the advertised variant. Two thumbs up the the friendly staff, and the principles they upheld.

Fantastic customer service, I always feel welcome and nothing is ever to much for them. I have difficulties walking so use sticks when I go in and Ben from the gun room is always happy to help carry things to my car.
