T S5 StarWe needed to clear a property of an elderly relative, stressful enough but made more difficult by being based a long distance away. Clearly we were looking for a company who we could trust to get on and do a good job with minimum intervention from us.
After some internet searching and a few phone calls we decided on Lancashire House Clearance in Chorley. This proved to be a very good choice.
From the outset Shaun was friendly and helpful. A visit was arranged in just a couple of days to provide an estimate and once we gave the go ahead yet again the team moved quickly.
The clearance itself was comprehensive with the property left in a good state.
