Put simply Howard delivered on everything he said he would. It was handled in a professional way with clear advise all along. A measure of any company is, when things go wrong as they often do in the housing market, that is when a good business shows its worth. Having used local to us estate agents before with varied results Howard was like a breath of fresh air, we were a bit sceptical at first but we did not need to worry. Howard had viewings within a few days and a confirmed sale in less than 7 days. Excellent service from first contact to completion. From my initial phone call, viewings through to completion, Howard was very professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He was very helpful, and nothing seemed to be a problem for him, short notice viewing requests where accepted. He was always there early, when I arrived for viewings, he had the doors open waiting. He genuinely took pride in the property, during my viewings he would always be checking the inside and outside for any concerns which would effect the property. Kerry was absolutely excellent at her job, going above and beyond with the patients of a saint considering the lengthy time it took to completion date, no fault of Lancastrian Estates. She seemed to take the purchase personally with updates weekly by phone or Email and nothing phased her, she had the knack of putting my mind at ease through her friendly but professional approach and any questions or concerns I had where swiftly answered. First class service and I recommend Lancastrian Estates to anyone buying/selling a property.
