Oli Dickinson5 StarFantastic workmanship and great communication. Mine wasn't an emergency as the door still worked but lock and handles were on their way out, but they still managed to come round the next morning. They had a quick look at what was needed and gave me a quote (which stayed the same). Due to return the following day to complete the work but due to a delayed delivery it ended up being the next day. Communication about the delay was good and the door is as good as new.

Works were carried out to a high quality in a quick and efficient manner with minimal disruption experienced. Tradesman was friendly and polite giving helpful advice on an additional potential issue. Rebecca T5 StarAmazing service! Called and spoke to Phil at 8.30am on a Saturday morning about a key stuck and unable to unlock the door. By 10.00am Ray was here and had changed the whole lock by 10.40am. Couldn't ask for better service. Both Ray and Phil were extremely friendly and courteous.
