Our aim is to provide a friendly and stimulating environment where children get to explore, play, and learn with the support of caring and dedicated staff.

We want all our children to feel they belong, and through gentle encouragement and support, gain the confidence they need to be independent, motivated and confident to try new things.  

All Launchpad staff are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All are enhanced DBS checked and fully trained to keep their knowledge current and up to date.
