I was looking for vintage hair and makeup for my wedding, and after finding Le Keux, I booked straight away. Anna was such a great help in figuring out what best suited me and made me feel like the 50's glamazon I always wanted to be! Not only did Anna and Michelle make me feel special for my wedding day, I know my mum and bridesmaids all felt the same too. They were raving over how amazing their hair and makeup were. I will definitely be going back to them any opportunity i get! Thank you so so much ladies, you were a wonder!

I bought the pinup photoshoot package for my friend and I and it was such an amazing experience. We had our hair and makeup done and took really really fun photos that we love. Anna was incredible and really made our experience even more enjoyable and relaxed. Highly recommend experience especially if you want to really feel your pinup and vintage self! Plus milkshakes were incredible.

I treated myself to a vintage makeover for my birthday and really enjoyed it. Anna did a great job doing my hair with victory rolls, plus vintage style make up. It was relaxing and fun, plus I got loads of compliments on my look when I went out that night. Thank you Le Keux! I look forward to visiting you again.

Oh my goodness - this place is AMAZING! Not only is it beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is fantastic. The staff are friendly and ensure that everyone has a good time. They are also very talented. I highly highly recommend Le Keux Vintage Salon and cant wait to go back and bring other people.

Disappointing Wedding Hair & Make-Up. Was really excited to use Le Keux for my hair and make-up for my wedding day after having great experiences previously at the salon in Leeds. The salon owner from Essex was really friendly and nice but the hair styling and make-up sadly wasn't up to scratch. The hair fell out after an hour and there were many things wrong with the make-up including lipstick bleed, pilling, incorrectly/badly applied eyelashes. The whole make-up look aged me and I could have achieved a better result myself. Thankfully this was a trial and not my wedding day but I lost out on £200 deposit and then had to find a new make-up artist and stylist just a few weeks before my wedding which was incredibly stressful and expensive. If you use Le Keux I would just say make sure you have a trial and the trial is enough in advance to not cause you issues if you aren't happy. I debated on and off leaving a review because the owner was so nice and is well known in the industry but I just felt like I needed to be honest about my experience because it caused me a lot of stress and money too.
