We have never been anywhere with such poor service. The waiter on arrival was very miserable looking and not very welcoming! He was on front desk who also served at the table was dreadfully rude!! Please don't order bbq spare ribs 😫 dry burnt and inedible. The beer was flat. We we're told we should have drank it quicker. So wished I'd took photos...dreadful service and food! 😕 I really didn't want to score anything but had to to write a review 😫

Food was ok, edible but below average. Ordered salt and pepper chips, and received normal ones. A lot of celery in the vegetable dishes/very watery. Staff member was very miserable serving.

It was not my first choice, but the food was surprisingly good. Moreover, when all the restaurants in Cromer struggled to serve the food, this restaurant was able to accommodate customers with no delay.
