Not only is Lee the font of all knowledge when it comes to BMWs, he’s also happy to go out of his way to resolve issues and seems to have a genuine interest in working with customers, not for them. I had an issue which I knew was going to be tricky to diagnose without experience, so I made the extra long trip to bring it to Lee, who diagnosed it correctly within the day, ordered the parts and had it done a day or so later.

What a lovely honest guy Lee is. An exceptional engineer with amazing knowledge of BMWs. He has helped me out this week beyond belief. Without a car and a critically ill mother and Lee saved me. Fixing my car at such short notice and with his work book stacked full. What a legend. I would recommend Lee to anyone who needs his expertise. A truly nice guy, thanks for saving us this week Lee, your an absolute legend.
