I cannot recommend Clare highly enough ! Having been a patient for just over 4 years, Clare has supported my rehabilitation following 2 back and 2 shoulder surgeries and now thanks to Clare's care and guidance, I am able to live an active life and see Clare on a regular basis for maintenance only. Since a back operation I have used Clare’s Osteopathic Services on a regular basis. She is a very knowledgeable practitioner who employs a holistic approach to the muscular and skeletal elements of the body. I have always returned from a visit feeling relief from pain and a belief that Clare has an understanding of my difficulties and can offer insight and advice that has helped me to live my life relatively pain free and with better mobility. I was recommended Clare through a friend, I have found Clare to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. Treatment was for lower back pain, it took a few treatments due to the acuteness of the injury along with additional exercises to do in between treatments. Clare explained the exercises to me and promptly sent them over via email to refer to when doing the them. I would definitely recommend Clare at Lichfield Osteopaths.

Clare is a brilliant Osteopath. She is very friendly, does her best to put you at ease and really knows her job. She will diagnose what problems people are having and work to put the problems right. I had a very painful frozen shoulder. Clare worked on my shoulder and gave me excercises to do at home in between treatments. I'm fully recovered now. Also, if Clare thinks problems need doctor or hospital attention, she will tell you. Highly recommended.
