Gemma Blaikie1 StarLiaised with this company about a hire of light up numbers for a significant birthday. I provided details/date etc and agreed on cost. Communication from the company was very poor, they never asked for a deposit and so on the day of the event they didn't turn up. They have not replied to messages about this and have still never apologised or been in contact to acknowledge their poor service. Very unprofessional and massively disappointing as trusted it was all in hand and couldnt have another supplier lined up.Saturday 22nd April 2023
