I have visited many garages in my lifetime, but I have to say that VW Loughborough has been one of the worst. From reception through to management, it seems to be rotten all the way through when I came in with my daughter. Shuck & Owen especially were very unprofessional. Even getting introduced to Becky didn't result in anything productive as she seems to have her head up her backside. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Big thank you to Sam, Shuck and Nathan for the first class customer experience right from ordering to delivery of my car. Their communication, professionalism and attentional to detail was the best I have experienced in a long time. Despite the global supply issues affecting all cars Listers Loughborough went above and beyond to get my T Cross ready for when I needed it. !AVOID! I cannot describe how excited I was to get my GTI. I test drove it twice, then another couple of cars. Not only Nathan I thought was a polite chap and the manager who I spoke to I thought was nice and was very interested in getting the sale of the car done. However the aftercare for my car is absolutely abysmal! My bonnet had been completely over buffed and was showing white marks all over it. This is just where the problems started. It took me coming home from the middle of a shift just to show someone that was only in 2 days a week the bonnet. It then took Multiple phone calls just for them to keep cancelling the work that needed doing. Eventually after 2 Months of waiting I decided to report it to the main headquarters and they got Loughborough branch to book it in the following morning. I got told while signing the contract to not worry about not having a car again as if ever any work would need doing they would give me a courtesy car. This was one of my main reasons for purchasing a car from a dealer so I wouldn't have to worry about not having a car. I then got told I'm not aloud a courtesy car because insurance. but I am aloud to rebook my car in and wait however long this time around will take them. If I knew the hassel the car would of caused me back then I'd definitely reconsidered it. BE AWARE THERE GREAT AT SELLING TERRIBLE AT AFTERCARE!
