Welcome to Little Redlands, a proper 5-Star Gold B&B as accredited by VisitEngland! It is a somewhat exceptional B&B in the charming Cathedral city of Lincoln. Situated majestically on the corner of the old Roman Road 'Foss Way' in the south of the City, this delightful Victorian villa is centred on a stunning turret framed by many stained glass picture windows.
Brimming with character, our 3 en-suite bedrooms exquisitely blend the many period features with the high specification modern conveniences and discreet technology expected by the most discerning of travellers. From the turret, period cornices and tasteful décor to the electric gated entry, in-room tablets and electric vehicle charge points.
As a small independent B&B, we strive to offer exceptional accommodation and personalised service: we want you to fondly reflect on your sojourn at Little Redlands in the stunning heritage city of Lincoln as ‘your special home in our city’.
Little Redlands is just for adults, with a maximum of two people per suite, so please leave children with trusted friends or family.
While we have a Boxer dog in our private quarters, he is not allowed in the public / guest areas, and we cannot accept guests with pets.
Cognizant that you only get what you pay for in life, we are convinced that Little Redlands is reassuringly good value.

Julia Jenner5 StarWe thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Little Redlands. Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed and we had everything we needed in the en suite bathroom. A special mention should go to the 'cloud-like' pillows - so nice to sleep on. We enjoyed a delicious meat platter on our first night so there was no need to find somewhere to eat. Anthony was very knowledgeable about Lincoln and passed on some useful tips regarding parking and places to visit. On his recommendation we visited Doddington Hall which was holding a sculpture exhibition in it's beautiful grounds. The flower festival at the cathedral was also wonderful. Both days started with a delicious breakfast prepared by Siobhan and Anthony - the fruit and granola was particularly delicious. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this B&B.Monday 29th August 2022
Holly Balthasar5 StarWe have just returned from a 2 night stay in the swallowbeck room at little Redlands. I most definitely recommend this beautiful b&b. The hosts were really lovely and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The room we stayed in was amazing the bed and pillows were some of the best I have used. Phil Taylor5 StarThis was our second stay at Little Redlands. Anthony and Siobhan were, as previously, excellent hosts providing 5* accommodation. The room was spotless and full of delightful extra touches.
The breakfast choice is astonishing. We sat in the garden reading our books and were offered iced lemon water - ideal for the time and temperature. Certainly hope to return.Thursday 14th July 2022

The Charcuterie Supper Platter was delicious. 10/10 for cleanliness and attention to detail. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices. We had a great stay.
