This individually tailored service supports people to learn and maintain lifeskills in their own home and/or to access activities of their choice in their local community, including our popular day centre. Staff will train to customers’ specific needs and offer consistent support. A vibrant social calendar of events gives customers the opportunity to participate in new or favourite activities.
