Fantastic Service !!! I really dislike the car sales process usually, but not on this occasion. Fantastic friendly competent staff throughout the company. Buying my wife's mini was a pleasurable experience ! Ryan looked after us from start to finish and provided excellent service. I couldn't fault the company in any way. Thank you for restoring my faith in the car buying process and will look forward to coming back again.

I purchased a vehicle with mini Lloyds clone in September 2020. It was a polo beats. Due to pandemic I couldn’t get to see the car so I asked for a video of the vehicle everything on the vehicle seemed perfect so I purchased it through the phone. When I took it to paint my callipers they said to me that the brakes have been woren out and there was a lot of chips on the windscreen. Around November time the car used to switch off when I was stationary I did contact them fair play they sorted everything out but there was just one problem that I couldn’t sort out when the car used to jerk randomly I tried to reach out the manager jake for giving me a faulty car and I even ask them to exchange my car I used to ring them everyday and they said they will keep me updated . I even contacted them about a car I was interested in which was a bmw 1 series and they said they will contact me back and will let me know but that never happened. I even given them an invoice of the cost of the windscreen chips I also have emailed all the faults on the car and I reported it back to jake and there was no response . I am very disappointed in the fact I didn’t get the help I needed when they have given me a faulty car and didn’t wish to help me exchange the Vehicle.

A trouble free experience all helped by salesperson Ryan who saw me through every step without pushing or hassling me which is something I have had (and hate) from other salespeople. Checked on my experience after sale (more than just the once). Nice place, nice people. I've never left a review for anything before but I'm leaving one now because I think Ryan's earned it. Good job!
